Terms of Service

Welcome to peekthelink (“we”, “us”, the “Service”). These Terms govern your access to and use of peekthelink.com. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. Your account

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country) to use the Service. You're responsible for keeping your sign-in email secure and for everything that happens on your account. One person or organization per account; impersonation isn't allowed.

2. Your content

You own the content you put on your page (display name, bio, photo, and the URLs you add). You grant us a limited license to host, store, and display that content as needed to provide the Service.

You agree not to use peekthelink to host or link to content that:

  • is illegal in your jurisdiction or ours;
  • sexually exploits minors in any way (we cooperate fully with law enforcement);
  • is phishing, malware, or otherwise designed to deceive or harm visitors;
  • infringes someone else's intellectual property;
  • incites violence or constitutes targeted harassment of a person or group;
  • impersonates a real person or organization without permission.

3. Username rules

Usernames are first-come first-served. We reserve the right to reclaim usernames that impersonate someone, infringe a trademark, are used for abuse, or sit dormant. If your account is reclaimed for impersonation, you'll be notified at your sign-in email if possible.

4. Termination

You can delete your account anytime from the dashboard (Settings → Delete account). We may suspend or remove accounts that violate these Terms, with or without notice for serious violations. Removal of your account also removes your public page, links, and analytics.

5. The Service is provided “as is”

We work hard to keep peekthelink fast and available, but we don't guarantee uptime, availability, or that the Service will be error-free. To the maximum extent allowed by law, we provide the Service without warranties of any kind, and we're not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of it.

6. Third-party links

peekthelink lets you post links to other sites. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content, terms, or privacy practices.

7. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally. If we make a material change we'll post a notice on peekthelink.com and update the “Last updated” date. Continued use after a change means you accept the revised Terms.
